A Mailbox Refresh is one visit and one price: $250 on any open date, or $199 when we’re working in your neighborhood. Pay online when you book, nothing is due at the curb.

What the visit includes
The same work at either price, done from the sidewalk in one visit. We photograph the mailbox from the same spot when we arrive and when we leave.
Nobody needs to be home. We work at the curb, and we message you the day before we come.
The mailbox and post, cleaned and repainted
Both are washed down and repainted black. It is the finish the box already has, matched at the curb, not a different one.
The red flag, repainted
The flag is repainted red. We never replace it, so the hardware you have is the hardware you keep.
The brass numbers and knobs, polished
The numbers and knobs already on the box are polished by hand. We install no new numbers.
Done in one visit, at the curb
Nobody needs to be home and nothing is due at the curb. You hear from us the day before we come.
What you pay
One service, two tiers, no codes. The lower price applies automatically when your address is inside the neighborhood we are working and the date is one of that neighborhood’s dates. No sales tax, no travel fee.

What does a Mailbox Refresh include?
We clean and repaint the mailbox, post and flag, and polish the brass numbers and knobs. It’s done in one visit.
Do I need to be home?
No. We work at the curb. We message you the day before we come, and there is nothing to do on the day.
When will you come?
Your mailbox is done in the month you book. Pick a date and we’ll aim for it, give or take a couple of days. You’ll hear from us the day before we come.
What if it rains?
We move the visit. A weather reschedule is always free and never changes your price, and we message you with the new day.
Is there sales tax?
No. The price you see is the price you pay: no sales tax and no travel fee.
How do I pay?
Online, in full, when you book. Payment goes through Stripe, we never see your card. Your receipt comes by email.
