The same work the crew does for a single house, repeated down a street: washed down, repainted at the curb, done in one visit per address. Residents do not need to be home and nothing is due at the curb.
Curbside mailboxes and posts
The box and post cleaned and repainted black, the red flag repainted and never replaced, the existing brass numbers and knobs polished.
Community mailbox structures
The cabinet and its post or pedestal cleaned and repainted. We paint what is there — we do not replace units, install new ones, or touch a lock.
Lamp posts
The post cleaned and repainted, the same visit as the mailboxes on that street. Fixtures, glass, wiring and bulbs are not ours to work on.
How a community is priced
Quoted, not booked online
The booking site sells one house at a time. A community is counted first and quoted in writing — how many boxes, how many posts, which streets — before any work is scheduled.
The two prices a resident sees
A single Mailbox Refresh is $250 on any open date and $199 while the crew is working that neighborhood. Those are the prices on the pricing page and the only two a resident can be charged online.
Why a scheduled community pays the lower price
The lower price is earned by geography and dates, not by volume: once your community is on the calendar, every address inside its boundary pays the lower price on those dates, automatically, with no code to hand out.
One invoice, or none at all
The association can be invoiced for the whole job, or residents can each pay online for their own house and the association pays nothing. Either works. Invoices go out through Stripe, and we never see a card.
What the board actually has to do

Send the streets and a count
Street names and roughly how many boxes and lamp posts. Rough is fine to start with: the count is confirmed before anything is agreed.
Tell residents the dates
We work at the curb, so the only thing residents need to know is which week the crew is on their street.
Decide who pays
One invoice to the association, or every house paying for itself online. That choice is the whole of the paperwork.
