Do I need to be home?
No. We work at the curb. You get a text when the crew is on the way and a photo when the job is finished.
What does a Mailbox Refresh include?
We clean, prime, and repaint the box and post in gloss black, replace the red flag, and install new brass house numbers (up to five characters). It’s done in one visit.
What is a Neighborhood Day?
A stretch of dates, usually a whole month, when the crew works one neighborhood street by street. Every address inside that neighborhood’s boundary gets the lower price on any of those dates: $199 for a Mailbox Refresh. No code — the price applies automatically from your address.
Can I book a different date?
Yes. Any other open date is available at the standard price: $250 for a Mailbox Refresh.
My address is just outside the boundary. Do I still get the lower price?
No. Neighborhood Day pricing follows the boundary, so an address just outside it books at the standard price, $250, on any open date. Think the boundary is wrong for your street? Text {{PHONE}}.
When exactly will you come?
You pick a preferred date and we aim for within two days of it. If several neighbors on your street book, we do the whole street in one visit, which can shift your day. We message you the day before we come, and on the day we text when we’re on the way.
What if I need to reschedule?
Reschedule free up to 48 hours before your preferred date. Weather reschedules are always free.
What if it rains?
We move the visit. A weather reschedule is always free and never changes your price, and we message you with the new day.
What if my HOA still isn’t satisfied?
If your HOA flags it, we fix it free.
Is there sales tax?
No. The price you see is the price you pay: no sales tax and no travel fee.
How do I pay?
Online, in full, when you book. Payment goes through Stripe; we never see your card. Your receipt comes by email.
