We don’t publish a phone number and there is no form on this page. Write to the address below and tell us your street — that is enough for us to work with.
What to send, and where else to look first
A booking you already have
The confirmation email carries a link to your booking. It needs no password and never expires, and you can move the date or cancel from it yourself. Lost it? Ask for a fresh link and it goes to the address you booked with.
A question before you book
Most of them are answered on the questions page and the pricing page. If yours isn’t, email us — your street name helps, because the price depends on where you are and when we’re there.
A whole community of mailboxes
Boards and property managers have their own page: HOAs and property managers. Tell us how many boxes and where, and that is enough to start.
An address we don’t reach yet
We work in Loudoun and Fairfax counties, Virginia. Outside them, email us anyway and say where — that is how we decide where the crew goes next.
What we don’t have
No phone line and no contact form. One inbox is the only channel we can keep up with, and an unanswered form or a ringing phone would be worse than saying so.
