A Mailbox Refresh is $250 on any open date and $199 when we’re in your neighborhood. No sales tax, no travel fee. Pay online when you book, nothing is due at the curb.

What you pay
The same job at either price: the mailbox, post and flag cleaned and repainted, the brass numbers and knobs polished. It’s done in one visit, and nobody needs to be home.
The price you see at checkout is computed from your address and the date you pick. It never changes after you book.

The lower price applies when your address is inside the neighborhood boundary and you book a date while we’re there. No code needed.
When the lower price applies
We work one neighborhood at a time, usually for a whole month. Every address inside that neighborhood’s boundary pays $199 on any of those dates. There is no code: type your address and the price is already right. An address outside the boundary, or a booking on any other date, is $250.

Changing or cancelling
Moving the date
Moving to another day is free, even inside 24 hours of your preferred date. If you paid the neighborhood price, moving to a standard-price day costs the $51 difference.
Cancel free
24 hours or more before your preferred date, a full refund to your card.
Inside 24 hours
A refund minus a $25 late fee, or move it to another day instead.
Weather
If rain moves the crew, the reschedule is free and your price never changes.
