Barrington does name a post colour where Crosspointe does not: posts are painted flat black, and its architectural committee recommends Sherwin Williams Caviar Black or similar. Numbers on the box are two inches, white or brass — permitted, not required, so nobody needs to change white numbers to brass. In cul-de-sac and pipe-stem groupings the posts are meant to match each other in colour, design and height.
